Portfolio Presentations Pt. 2

Please submit a Portfolio Archive to Chris (chamamoto@snu.ac.kr), Jeewoon (jw1234@snu.ac.kr), and Jason (thededtoboca@snu.ac.kr) via WeTransfer by Dec 19th.
- Your archive should include your PDF portfolio, PDF of your business card, link to your web portfolio + screenshots, and photos/pdf/screenshots (whatever is appropriate) of your Portfolio Resource

Portfolio Design 001

This class covers practical methods and techniques for constructing and presenting portfolios, as well as considers how you present your artistic practice and in what forms. Class will be composed of peer critique and discussion, in-class exercises, studio visits (online and in-person), and a guest workshop.

There are two primary assignments this semester:

1.
To create your portfolio and circulate your work (this may include personal branding (logo etc.), writing about design, an exhibition, etc.), including the creation of job seeking documents (CV, cover letter, etc.).

2.
A resource for a future portfolio design class that will help them as they develop their own portfolios.

In addition there will be a guest workshop semester that will likely take place outside of class time (more TK). As such, you will need to be available in order to participate. If this is going to be an issue for you, please speak with me after class to discuss.
